Moby Grip traction pads carry a 90 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If your are unhappy with the Moby Grip traction pad for any reason within 90 days of purchase we will be happy to make a full refund* (except for the shipping cost).
I. Methods for returning Moby Grip traction pads or getting a refund.
Method 1. Moby Grip traction pads can be returned via UPS or US Mail once received a full purchase price credit* (less shipping cost) will be made to the customer.
Method 2. Moby Grip traction pads can be photographed by the customer with:
A. Photo of Moby Grip on the customers surfboard and
B. Photo of Moby Grip removed from surfboard and cut with scissors into approx. 2 " squares.
These 2 photos can then be sent to info@mobygrip.com and a full purchase price refund (less shipping cost) will be made.
Once we receive these photos that you have destroyed the Moby Grip traction pad we will refund the full purchase price (less shipping cost).
Please dispose of the destroyed Moby Grip traction pad in a responsible manner.
(This particular method of claiming a refund (less shipping) was designed to reduce the overall expense & hassle of returning Moby Grip traction pads, by eliminating the transportation cost associated with UPS & USPS return delivery services and is subject to change without notice).
II. Moby Grip T-Shirt return policy carries a 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If your are unhappy with your Moby Grip T-Shirt for any reason we will be happy to make a full refund (except for the shipping cost).
